Yoga Camp

Here is a poem. It is fiction (meaning that this did not actually happen to me) but of course I can relate to the basic idea!

YOGA CAMP

They said balance
and I did not understand the concept.

They said use your core to stabilize your ascent
and I did not see the connection to the spiritual quest.

They said relax
and I railed, "I AM ALREADY RELAXED!!!"

That about ended it
and I was asked not to come back to yoga camp.
